Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Prescriptions & Orders

Prescription products require a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions and provider credentials, and to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect error, fraud, or non-compliance with applicable law.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all amounts due for products and services, including applicable taxes and shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing and reserve the right to correct any such errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of compounded and prescription medications, returns are generally not accepted once an order has shipped, except where required by law or in the case of an error on our part. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly.
